He specialises in general lending and asset finance, and also advises financial institutions on banking regulatory, financial services, securities market and general corporate matters.

Representative matters

A group of regional banks on a conventional and Islamic financing of nine Boeing 737-8 aircraft to be leased to a major airline based in the Middle East.

A CIS airline on an operating lease of two ATR 72-600 aircraft from Nordic Aviation Capital.

Various international and regional banks and corporates on amendments to the existing conventional and Islamic loan documentation in connection with LIBOR transition.

An international bank on an unsecured financing to an African multilateral development bank.

International banks on various secured and unsecured financings to major CIS companies from mining and manufacturing industries.
