Representative matters

JERA on the financing from JBIC and the commercial lenders for its acquisition of a 12.5% stake in the Barossa/Caldita gas field in Australia.

JBIC, NEXI and other lenders in relation to the project financing of a USD926 million loan for the development of a waste to energy facility in Warsan, Dubai.

Mitsubishi Materials Corporation on the financing in relation to its acquisition of a 30% stake in the Mantoverde cooper mine in Chile.

IFC and JICA on financing to Ienova solar power portfolio in Mexico.

Sumitomo Corporation, Kansai Electric Power Company and United Tractors on the Tanjung Jati B (units 5&6) project in Indonesia.
