Nina advises national and international clients in all issues relating to individual and collective employment law.

One focus of her advice is the structuring and termination of employment and service relationships, accompanying complex restructurings and conducting labour court disputes regarding protection against claims of unfair dismissal as well as works council constitution law issues.

In addition, Nina advises on labour law issues in company acquisitions and in day-to-day individual employment law as well as collective bargaining law matters and works constitution law.
