Naomi Martin


Naomi's professional practice covers all areas of intellectual property law, with a focus on patent litigation matters.

Naomi has experience in assisting international clients in their national and multi-jurisdictional patent litigations in several sectors, including telecommunications and biotechnology. 

She joined the firm in 2020 after graduating from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University with a Master’s Degree in Industrial Property. 

Prior to joining A&O Shearman, Naomi has gained experience in intellectual property litigation and transactional matters through various internships in international and boutique law firms, as well as in the in-house legal team of a global company.


Pro bono

Assisting unaccompanied minors in their application for asylum or a residence permit in France through the local program “Enfance Précarité Zéro”.
Participation in the InitiaDROIT project of the Paris bar, which consists in giving courses to secondary and high school students to familiarise them with fundamental legal concepts.
