Miguel Zulaica

Miguel has advised national and international clients in both domestic and cross-border transactions.

He has experience in the corporate law field and has been part of various processes regarding the sale, purchase, merger, demerger and other types of restructuring of companies and assets of any kind, negotiation of joint-ventures and commercial agreements, as well as in preparing the secretarial work for the governance bodies of various companies. Some of the sectors in which Miguel has experience are private equity, infrastructure, TMT, IT, and finance.

Likewise, Miguel has also worked at the litigation area, advising financial entities in bankruptcy proceedings and claims filed by investors of financial instruments.
