Matthieu advises on general corporate matters, assisting clients in connection with group restructurings, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, management incentive plans.

Matthieu has a particular focus on private equity transactions and clients. Prior to joining the firm in 2017, he worked in the corporate department of major national and international law firms in Belgium and Luxembourg.
