Experience

Representative matters

Bank of America N.A. as Lender and Administrative Agent on the restructuring and consolidation of multiple existing credit facilities held by Carl C. Icahn and affiliates. The debt consolidation and restructuring transaction amended and restated the existing credit facilities into a single multi-tranche syndicated loan agreement, agented by Bank of America, with modified terms and a new facility size in excess of $3.7 billion.

Barclays Bank PLC, as Administrative Agent and Barclays PLC, MUFG Bank, Ltd. and NatWest Markets plc, as Lead Arrangers, in connection with an amendment to Ineos Enterprises' existing cross-border Term Loan B facilities adding additional term loan Bs, split between a €650m tranche and a $550m tranche.

Dycom Industries, Inc. and its subsidiaries, as Borrower and Guarantors, on a $650,000,000 Revolving Credit Facility and a $450,000,000 Term Loan A Facility agented by Bank of America, N.A. to finance certain existing Indebtedness, to provide general working capital, for other general corporate purposes and for Permitted Acquisitions.
