Ling advises on various capital markets transactions including in relation to Regulation S and 144A MTN and short-term debt programmes and standalone bond issuances.
She acts for both managers and issuers (including financial institutions, sovereigns and corporates) across a range of jurisdictions in the EEA and emerging markets.

Representative matters

Nordea Bank Abp on the establishment of the Kvika banki hf. EMTN programme in Iceland. 

Associated British Foods plc on its debut issuance of GBP 400,000,000 2.500 per cent Notes due 2034 in the United Kingdom. 

The Treasury of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for and on behalf of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in respect of the updates to its Sukuk Trust Certificate Issuance programme and GMTN programme in Saudi Arabia. 

A group of financial institutions on syndicated issues and private placements under the Global Debt Issuance Facility of the African Development Bank in the Ivory Coast.
