Representative matters

  • A leading international Bank, as lead arranger and administrative agent, on a USD1.2bn unsecured investment grade revolving credit facility. 
  • Greenidge Generation Holdings Inc., as borrower, in the novel restructuring of its existing debt facilities with NYDIG and B. Riley Financial. 
  • A leading U.S. investment bank, as Administrative Agent, in respect of a refinancing for Culligan International, a portfolio company of BDT Capital Partners. The transaction, among other things, refinanced and repriced USD4.6bn Existing Term B Loans with proceeds used to partially prepay Existing Term B Loans and transaction expenses. 
  • Lead arrangers in connection with a USD600m revolving credit facility for SS&C. 
  • Lead arrangers and administrative agent in connection with a USD2.25b senior secured financing for Samsonite International SA, consisting of a USD850m revolving credit facility and a USD800m term loan A facility. 
  • Mariner Finance in connection with securitizations and warehouse facilities of consumer loans. 
  • Dell Financial Services in connection with securitization of receivables from equipment lease, loan agreements and contracts for the delivery of goods and services as well as conduit facilities for the financing of such receivables. 
  • Underwriters and lenders in connection with consumer loan securitizations and warehouse facilities for OneMain Financial.
