She advises on a wide range of domestic and cross-border commercial transactions including takeovers, mergers, acquisitions, disposals, capital raisings, joint ventures agreements and internal group re-organisations. She also has experience in corporate advisory work, both contentious and non-contentious.

Jodie has conducted and coordinated comprehensive compliance and due diligence programs in those areas and has experience in drafting, negotiating and advising on public takeover documents, share and business sale agreements, shareholders’ and joint venture agreements, multi-jurisdictional due diligence reports and Australia's foreign investment regime.
