Geline previously served as Chief Talent Officer at McCann Health, where she was recognized with HR Innovation Award by NAAAHR.

She has also worked as Chief Talent officer at the digital agency 360i following nearly five and a half years with Publicis Healthcare Communications Group as Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources and Resource Management. During her tenure at Publicis, Geline developed HR strategies to support business objectives and led major restructures, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures globally. There she was recognized with the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association "Rising Star" award.

Previously, Geline served as VP of Human Resources for WNBC-TV, NBC Universal's owned and operated station in New York, supporting the launch of a digital channel and managing five unions. Before that, she was HR director for the global finance, business development and legal divisions at NBC/General Electric, where she earned her Green Belt Six Sigma certification. She has also held positions at Arthur Andersen, LLP, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.

Geline earned a Master's Degree in organizational psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in psychology from Pace University.
