Connor Steelberg


Connor has experience representing sponsors and investors in finance transactions and credit arrangements, with a particular focus on renewable energy deals.
He also advises investment managers and sponsors across different asset classes on the organization and establishment of private investment funds in both U.S. and non-U.S. jurisdictions, fund financings and regulatory matters.
