Céline’s practice covers leveraged and investment-grade finance, with a particular focus on cross-border leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate finance (investment and development financings) and export finance.

Syndicate of banks on the financing of the acquisition by a Belgian fund managed by Whitewood of 21 buildings previously held by the European Commission, being one of the largest real estate investments in Brussels, with a total value of EUR 900,000,000.

Syndicate of banks in connection with the financing of the acquisitions by Vandemoortele of Banneton and Dolciaria Acquaviva.

Syndicate of banks on various Credendo-backed financings (including for sovereign entities).
