She has been involved in a large number of company’s organizational changes, given legal advice and support not only during the phase of analyse in order to determine the legal consequences of the different alternatives and how to implement it but also during the implementation of the decision adopted, in relation with employees, worker’s representatives, procedures of EREs, substantial modifications of the labour conditions, agreements, negotiations, transfers, redundancies, etc.
