Alessandra has extensive experience in banking and finance transactions, with focus on leveraged finance, private equity, fund financing and real estate finance.
She has extensive experience in advising leading investment and commercial banks, private equity funds, and national and multinational corporates in the implementation of domestic and international financial transactions.
Her practice covers a wide range of banking and finance transactions, including leveraged finance, fund financing (subscription, NAV and hybrid facilities), real estate finance, project finance, corporate finance, ESG and sustainability linked loans. Alessandra has experience in managing complex financial transactions involving securitisations, notes issues, direct lending by SPVs and private credit funds, loan-on-loans, loan-on-notes and bridge-to-bonds facilities, both lender and sponsor side.
